  • 2+ years of Technical recruitment experience.
  • Contacting candidates, Sourcing , following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
  • Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
  • Work with defined SLA and achieve closure
  • Work as an individual contributor and provide guidance to the junior recruiters in the team.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Quick learner and ability to adapt to a fast and changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Positive attitude and high on energy, flexible.
