Overview of the Work:

During our progress we have solved a number of business, technical, and algorithmic challenges as they had low trust towards software agencies in general, due to previous experiences. We faced the challenge of an old and outdated existing system. Yet we targeted achieving sophisticated business processes for them in the provided time limit.

This is the Luxumburg tax application. Here my role is Database development.

Our Approach:

The client has made significant progress in digital transformation as a result of our collaboration. The majority of their internal processes are now automated. It resulted in significant cost savings for the company. The use of intelligent algorithms in more efficient processes opened up new scaling opportunities in both sales and employment. Today, they have nearly limitless growth potential, thanks to sophisticated technology and dedicated team.

Conclusion:

We helped client to scale almost infinitely, lowering the costs of outsourcing employees due to automation, and lowering the costs of external services . This also resulted in doubling the number of employees (to 160+) by automating multiple business processes during our collaboration. Finally Inspired by our agile approach, client implemented it in their company management.
