Overview of the Work:
Liaison with new project stakeholders to identify their requirements and finalize the agreement between the various departments. This includes keeping track of all inquiries and submitting them to the client for confirmations after business approval for the transfer of work, as well as liaising with product program managers to begin the hiring and on-boarding of associates for the projects.
• Auditing the team register and product structure on a weekly basis to ensure that everything is up to date, that all new projects are up to date, and that all stakeholders' names are properly captured.
• Overseeing weekly product reviews with the lead and ensuring that all action items discussed in meetings are carried out.
Managing the overall budget for client and ensuring that all milestones are met on time and accurately, as well as publishing status
