2+ years of Technical recruitment experience.
Contacting candidates, Sourcing , following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Work with defined SLA and achieve closure
Work as an individual contributor and provide guidance to the junior recruiters in the team.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Quick learner and ability to adapt to a fast and changing environment
Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
Positive attitude and high on energy, flexible.
